When we first contacted Joni Cutler of Coldwell Banker Okanagan Realty, we were searching for a realtor that would provide a positive sales attitude, maintain an effective advertising campaign and ensure that we were advised of all results to the sale of our home. We certainly found this when we chose Joni as our realtor. A great friend recommended Joni Cutler to me; in retrospect, as it turned out, almost not soon enough! "For Sale by Owner" was the way I 'originally' "sold" my house the first time... or so I thought! The trouble with tenants turned that one around, and the sale fell through.

Joni and Brian rescued me from disappointment and confusion. If I had listed with them in the first place, none of the confusion of tenant agreements would have happened. Also, living 300 km. from Penticton did not make a particle of difference; they kept me well informed and frequently explained the showings they had done. They were most accommodating as well, when I drove up for precious weekends to spend in the home or visit with friends. Now the house is sold, and I can focus on my 'new and improved life!'Joni and Brian were so helpful, friendly and professional; oh, and patient too!
